By purchasing at Wonderwoodworld you are agreeable to all terms and conditions stated below. We reserve the right to amend the below without prior notice at any given time.
- Please ensure that all details (image uploaded, size and/or other requests) of your order is correctly made before proceeding to check out. We will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed. No exchanges will be allowed should the wrong order be placed.
- For all payments made via iBanking / FAST / ATM transfer, kindly make payment within 24 hours to the stated account(s) reflected in the issued invoice. We regret to inform you that all repeated offenders will be blacklisted.
- Please ensure the accuracy of all required information submitted during the checkout and payment processes to avoid any possible delays during shipping.
- Your order is secured only upon verification of payment and will only be processed thereafter for production.
- All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received and notified of within the stipulated timeframe.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days (does not include production time).
- Production takes between 3-5 working days during non-peak season. Where applicable, updates on production time will be made appropriately during each peak season.
- Orders will be completed within their production period and will be shipped thereafter.
- Orders will be shipped when all items are fulfilled. Customers are charged for additional shipping should a separation of order shipment be requested for.
- All prices on our website are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- All prices displayed on our website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event of incorrect pricing, either due to typographical or other error(s), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of the order status. A refund will be made for affected orders that have been paid for.
WOOD, PRINT AND COLOUR
- Our premium European Birch plywood are FSC-certified.
- No two wood prints are ever alike, given the unique wood grains of each plank. Specifications of wood grains is not possible and we will select the best wood grains to complement your image.
- We only use natural birch wood and not engineered wood veneer. Pin knots and/or mineral streaks contribute to the natural appearance of the plywood and are therefore unavoidable.
- We strive to ensure the best colour representation of your image. Minor adjustments/editing might be made to your image to make your wood print outstanding.
- Images uploaded are to be of resolution and sizes suitable for choice of wood print size. High resolution images are highly preferred to ensure the quality of your prints. We conduct quality check for each uploaded image before printing and will notify you should your image be unsuitable.
- Colours may vary due to differing monitor resolutions and image rendering on various devices. We will not be held responsible for purchases made with any misperception of colours.
- We accept all local payment made via internet banking (iBanking), PayNow, FAST and ATM transfers from all local banks and credit card payments.
- All required information for iBanking, PayNow, FAST and ATM transfers are stated in the email invoices for each order. We seek your kind cooperation in providing the full set of information accurately for verification purposes. Wonderwoodworld reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.
- Kindly make payment within 24 hours to the stated account(s) reflected in the issued invoice. We regret to inform you that all repeated offenders will be blacklisted.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments online. Transaction fee will be absorbed by Wonderwoodworld.
- Currency conversion will automatically be made by your respective credit card company upon payment. All currency conversions are accurate at time of payment, in accordance to their rates.
- We do not accept other mode of payment for international orders (no telegraphic transfer/wiring).
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Please note that we do not provide meet-up / self collection options for all orders.
- All local delivery options will be handled by a local courier, unless otherwise arranged by us.
- Postage charges are made at multiple weight tiers to help minimize shipping excess charges. We do want to translate as much savings to you!
- We only ship via a local courier where the tracking feature is enabled.
- Shipping for A3 (12"x18" or bigger) wood prints will be at $20.00; delivered by a same-day local courier.

- Shipping duration to other countries will also depend on custom clearance in respective countries.
- Above shipping rates are applicable for orders up to 2kg. Further advice will be given for orders heavier than 2kg.
- All mailed parcels will receive a tracking number.
- We will definitely do our best to help retrace parcels in the event that the delivery is extensively delayed.
- Combination of parcels/orders will not be allowed unless the orders are made on the same day and payment is in on the same day.
- All unclaimed (or due to incorrect address provided, etc) parcels that have been returned to us will need to be paid for by the customer before we can resend it. The above postage charges will apply.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- All items are not subjected for returns, exchanges or refunds; unless items are wrongly received, damaged or defective
- Pin knots and/or mineral streaks contribute to the natural appearance of the plywood and are not considered defects.
- All cases of returns and exchanges will be subjected to verification and handled by discretion. Please provide photos wherever possible.
- Returns must be made with original packaging in place
- Customers will bear full responsibility in ensuring that returned items in original packaging are securely packed
- Customers are encouraged to use a registered service with tracking capabilities as we will not be responsible for any mails loss in transit during the return
- Items deemed defected will be repaired or exchanged for the same item that is still in stock
- In the unlikely event that the item is beyond repair or out of stock, customers are allowed to exchange for another item of equal or higher value (top-up required).
- Alternatively, store credits will be issued. Customers can use these store credits for their next purchase.
- There is strictly no refunds for items sold.
The above exchange policy is applicable for 7 days from date of shipment. No returns will be accepted once this duration has expired.
